Riverside Health System, in Newport News, VA is currently seeking candidates for the position of Decision Support Analyst. This position will assist in the management and development of all components of Workforce Planning and designing and supporting HR decision support and shared services systems and projects. In addition, the Analyst will gather and analyze data to identify and design various reports and analytical tools to support the Workforce Planning initiatives and all other DS departmental projects. Interested candidates must have the ability to identify deviations and anomalies on reports and develop ad hoc reports or decision support tools as necessary. Strong decision making and judgment skills are essential in order to communicate strategic recommendations to management and to assist with answering critical business questions. Candidates must possess outstanding verbal and written communication skills, proven teambuilding skills, and the ability to meet strict deadlines.
Qualifications:
B.S. Degree in Business Administration or related field is required
Two to three years experience in an analytically oriented business environment
In-depth experience and exposure to Project Management and Data Analysis is essential
Intermediate to advanced skills in all Microsoft Office products and Crystal Reporting
Experience in working with Lawson Software preferred
