| Nemours, in Jacksonville, Florida, is seeking an experienced HR Information Systems Manager to be part of its growing team. This position is located at our office off of Phillips Highway (South of The Avenues Mall) off St. Augustine Road. The Human Resources Information Systems Manager reports to the Director of Human Resource Administration and is responsible for leading and managing activates to support our HRIS technology and the HR Customer Service Center/Help Desk. Successful candidate will have a broad HR background and will have demonstrated specific strengths in enterprise-wide HRIS systems, project management, benefit and policy administration, and call center operations. This position is sought out as a source of guidance and advice to various levels of management throughout the organization to promote proactive approaches using HRIS to solve business needs/problems and to enhance operationalcommunication/efficiency while advancing the understanding and acceptance of the HRIS capabilities. The HRIS Manager is also accountable for ensuring the continuity, effectiveness and successful delivery of customer service responses to Associate inquiries. | | | Requirements for this position include, but are not limited to the following: ***Bachelor's Degree and 5 to 7 years' of previous HR experience; ***Broad, demonstrated knowledge and experience in the management of Lawson HR Software systems; ***Demonstrated ability to effectively lead and motivate an HR team; ***Strong project management skills with experience in organizing, planning and executing large scale projects from development to delivery; ***Must consistently achieve results.
